工作內容 Responsibilities
-Provide IT helpdesk and technical support to internal users
-Work on morning or evening shift only, no overnight shift is required
-Perform system backup and data center administration
-Handle job scheduling, monitoring and batch processing of IT systems and applications
要求學歷 : Qualifications -Diploma or Higher Diploma holder in IT or related disciplines -At least 1 year’s working experience in IT technical support, helpdesk or equivalent -Knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Windows, Oracle RDBMS, IVR systems -Good command of bot
