工作內容 Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily systems operations, including batch jobs and administration tasks.
• Monitor data center networks and systems.
• Assist Operation Supervisor, System / Network Engineer to perform problem diagnosis
• Co-ordinate with vendor in problem fixing and follow problem escalation procedure
• Provide technical support services to internal users and external customers
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Shift duties is required
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Disciplined and willing to learn
