Diagnose, troubleshoot, identify and solve desktop related problems
Installation of PC/Server for hardware and software
Perform maintenance duties and service systems on hardware and software
Responsible for software training and on-site service
Solve daily technical problems and trouble-shooting
要求學歷 : Certification/diploma in computing or equivalent; Good at PC Support on hardware and software; 3 years or above related work experience; Strong problem solving Fluent in Cantonese is a must, basic in English & Mandarin is preferable;
