工作內容 YOUR ROLE
Provide technical support and training to our internal users.
Resolve technical issues related to hardware and software configuration.
PC hardware installation and setup with Linux OS.
Open to working weekend shifts and non-standard schedule as needed
Provide internal system testing, pre-production, QA test and post deployment support.
Mange systems and application deployment
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Diploma or above in computer science / computer engineering / electronic engineering or related disciplines
Familiar with Linux system installation, configuration and administration
Preferred 1 year or above working experience related to IT operation, system administration, technical and end-user support
System / network security and SQL knowledge is an advantage
Able to work independently and under pressure
Willing to learn, proactive with strong senses of responsibility
Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage
