工作內容 Job details:

Preforming essential front desk administrative duties;

Delivering professional quality customer service and recommendations;

Following up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently;

Support the operation in the data center and hub rooms on campus;

Work closely with other IT teams in ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT services;

Handle users’ enquiries; and

Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors;

Experience in customer service is preferable;

Pleasant personality and good presentation, customer service oriented.

要求學歷 : · Hong Kong Secondary School Certificate holder or equivalent. · Diploma holder or above of Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline preferred · Preferable with 1 years’ working experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills; · Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua; Knowledge of MS Office.

上班時間: 24x7 shift duty and emergency scheduling of work is required

薪金 : 16000 - 20000
