工作內容 Hands on of hardware and software support services to the end-users,
e.g. trouble shooting for hardware maintenance under Win 10 environment
To provide the MA support including desktop, laptop, printer, Kiosk PC and peripherals
Troubleshooting for network connectivity issues
Device configuration, IP addressing & network TCPIP printing
Image cloning & assist Deskside Support Team to provide the smart hand & front end support
Honest, good attitude, smart work & well communication
Form 5 or above or related IT discipline
Language : English & Cantonese
