提供電腦技術支援(Linux, Window),Provide hotline,onsite support to users,Classify incident types & determine priority level,Dispatch calls to the right support group,Update and close tickets,Troubleshoot and fix desktop related problems for users


薪金 :

每月$18,000 - $25,000, 有年假10天 及醫療福利, 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午5時半或上午9時至下午6時, 每週工...

要求學歷 :

中五程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 需外勤工作
